Here's some some bowls, a medium jar and two jar lids, also a replacement lid for a friend. In the background, twenty or so pounds of reclaim - almost ready for final wedge, then bag it!
And there's the after - all trimmed, chattered and handled. The reclaim is in that plastic bag in the background, leaned up against the subwoofer.
New green ware in the foreground, newly glazed in the background.
Tidied up the studio a bit today - priced all the new ware and stacked it all away; now there's room to work again!
Newly posted images to "current work" section include pricing. I'll post more images next week.
Less than three months until Open Studios!
Studio/bike shop/repair shop.
There's room for more stickers on the wheel's splash pan!
The three Coleus plants on the window sill are from seventh generation cuttings. The original was brought into the office by a coworker.
On the back wall shelves there's some prime ware, and some display only ware as well.
By the kiln, green ware ready for first firing.
Here's some work on display.

Art in the Garden event is on!
SLO Botanical Garden is having their Spring fundraiser event, starting this Friday, 30-APR-21, 11a.m. to 5 p.m.
The event continues this Saturday and Sunday, then Thursday - Sunday through 16-MAY-21.
Yours truly will have a table of ceramic ware on display in the gallery (aka "Art in the Garden"), which features local artists and artisans - glassware, paintings, jewelry, ceramics, sculpture, planters, and drawings.
The Botanical Garden is within El Chorro Regional Park - across the highway from Cuesta College.
There will be food trucks and some live music, and SLOBG will be running their plant sale as well.
See details here: Art in the Garden - Show and Fundraiser — SLO Botanical Garden (slobg.org)
Portions of every sale benefit the Botanical Garden.
Thanks to SLOBG for inviting me back to this event!
Thanks again to SLO Botanical Garden for invite to participate in 2020 "Art in the Garden" event!
For 2021, looking forward to:
* Participating in another show or two
* Donating work to fundraisers benefitting homeless, cycling advocacy, and other worthy causes
* Exploring teapots, pitchers, lidded forms, glaze combinations, sprigs, and stencilled patterns
Set more ware out at SLO Botanical Garden sale yesterday - a few more vases, medium mugs, small bowls, teapots, and a few large mugs.
Event continues Thursday through Sunday, ten a.m. to four p.m.
The venue is a large airy room, typically two or three people wander through at a time. I pinned open all the doors during my shifts, and opened a few windows as well.
Put out a few more things on my table yesterday, and added some vertical.
Thanks to Dianne Draze for the help, very appreciated!
Have decided to hold off on a sale out of my studio this year - am "all in" on SLO Botanical Garden sale*, Thursday - Sunday 10 to 4 through the end of December.
The participants share minding the gallery - my remaining turns are tomorrow 14-NOV-20 ten to one, again 28-NOV-20 and 5-DEC-20 ten to one, and ten to four 12-DEC-20.
I expect the selection to diminish as the days roll by, however, am working on a load of mugs, bowls, teapots, and vases now, which should hit the gallery in about two weeks.
* hold/request/commission items will be through the studio by appointment.
